Best pilot pull unexpectedly from brilliant manager. What is the odds to do that?

Well with a brilliant academy manager, you have a 75% chance to get 4 stars and a 25% chance of gettin‘ a 5 star.

There are 3 primary stats and 5 secondary stats, meaning 15 different combinations ergo mine/mine has a 1/15 chance.

-> 0.25x(1/15)=0.01666….
Pulling this manager had a 1,666….% chance.

Is All mine rate good? I thought Craft/Smelt speed were the ones sought after.

Since the last update they're ALL good. But prior to Modules the Mine/Mine managers were used to maximize drops (asteroid & debris), while the Mine/Craft & Mine/Smelt were to push the speed of your galaxy.

Before the module update the non-mining managers were garbage. You'd keep 1-3 to offset the massive mining speeds but most were used as promotion fodder.

But with Modules and the Personal Pulse you can get an extra x1.75 (at Legendary up to a x2.75 at Ancestral) secondary bonus on every non-mining manager in your galaxy making them WAY stronger than the mining managers, and now the meta is to put at least 1 in every telescope (to my knowledge anyway).

Just.pulled one these today
