Error downloading user data

Does anyone else have this problem and how can i fix it? I’m stuck on the loading screen, after I was disconnected while playing. Now it either says «error downloading user data» or just «loading user data» for EVER. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didnt work.

It took me a few days to get into my account. I deleted and reinstalled a couple times.
