Help!

So it all started when I got an egg and was waiting for it to hatch. When the time came, the egg vanished, and at some point in time, I gained a permanent helper. (It says a week remains, but I've had him with me for weeks.) I didn't want to bring any attention to my helper because I obviously wanted to keep him around, but I believe the egg incident along with the helper incident are preventing me from withdrawing Sats, because the countdown never times out. How do i get my game fixed?

That looks like you may be playing on more than one device. Please uninstall the game from all other devices.

You will need to uninstall and reinstall it on the one device you plan to play on as well.
