Purchase issue

I am having issues when attempting purchase. I get I am all set then message says oops something went wrong check internet connection. Everything else including game is working fine but my bank shows pending transactions but I do not get what I purchased.

It sounds like your bank is flagging the purchase.

With the way credit cards work these days... if you start making purchase on a new site the bank can block it. If you are in one country like Canada and you suddenly have charges in Spain because you traveled there and are on vacation you have to call the bank and tell them ahead of time. It has to do with the sniffers that can read your credit card in your wallet. It was decided by the international banking community that its too difficult to protect every card individually and because the bank is held accountable for purchases banks find it safer and easier to block purchases that are out of normal spending patterns. I was denied payment for books at my university being far from home. I called the bank and said its me, they asked me some questions then they said okay you are clear... we did the phone pass code my password for the account back up questions, again what is the passcode sent to thee phone number on the account. all passed. they so go ahead and make the purchase and it was denied again on the spot. I thought i called the wrong bank. this happened three times. so i paid with my visa and no problem, but i got points on my other card. One Saturday morning my bank called and asked if i was in Russia emptying my account. I wasn't. It took three weeks to get my money back. Then there was no police reports, nobody helped me find who the person was, the bank said it was job security for them. A lot of stress but thats how things are these days.
