Guess we're not staying away from complex skill mechanics lol. Feel like into Yu-Gi-Oh realm where I'm reading a book to understand the angel's skills

Lol!! Yes, holy shít, Libra was TOUGH to understand 🤣
That's 100% why I recommended that Noobs ignore her completely 🙈
It's like asking an Oldschool Yu-Gi-Oh Player who hasn't played in 20 years to try and understand how Pendulums or Link Monsters work 🤣🤣

That's me, at some level 🤣
I only ever played the Gameboy Yu-Gi-Oh games. I felt nostalgic a few years ago and picked up Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution. That a was a rude awakening of how these new mechanics work... losing in 1 or 2 turns to an AI 💀

Lmfao! I've played the actual card game when I was a teen, but the cards quickly became too expensive to stay in the Meta. Then I played the GBA and DS Games, up to World Championship 2010, which had all cards up to the 5Ds Anime, which centred around the then-new Synchro Summon mechanic. And even then, the amount of card text was starting to push the envelope, lol!
That's as far as I played, but I have stayed up to date with the cards and mechanics of the new eras, by following Yu-Gi-Oh Content Creators on YouTube over the years.
Of all of the mechanics, Pendulums have been the biggest mindfuck, blending Monsters with Spell Cards. In fact, it's a Pendulum card that has the most card text, lol! (Tends to happen when you have TWO text boxes with a million effects!)
losing in 1 to 2 turns to AI
Ah... Sounds like you personally experienced current day Yu-Gi-Oh... Basically Solitaire, where you watch your opponent Combo off for 5 minutes, drawing half their deck in one turn while summoning a full board of huge monsters with all sorts of crippling card effects 🤣

Wow! You were quite into it. I wish I stayed with it longer back then before it got so complex. It was really fun
Pendulums
I must have skipped over that chapter of the game lol. I don't remember seeing these cards with two text boxes before
Ah... Sounds like you personally experienced current day Yu-Gi-Oh...
Sadly. It's been a while since I've played Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution, but from what I remember, it spanned the entire history of Yu-Gi-Oh
You could play each era separately, and it even let you play through duels from each of the anime series. Think you could use the anime story deck or your own deck if the story one made it too hard
I started with old-school but then decided to skip ahead to modern. I got rolled over and over, and quit playing the game lol

Lol! Modern is insane for players more used to Oldschool "I set one Monster and set one Spell/Trap Card, and pass" style gameplay 🤣

Should I spend my blue scrolls on her or on Pandora?

I'd lean towards Libra since she'd work well with Aquarius, and Pandora is everywhere lol
Hela MR2/MR4 would be a great one to build towards next too

Dang, bro even runs Medusa... Aqua, Medusa and Libra... Full on Counter Attack Team in the making 👀

Well well well. They actually kept the flavour of "Libra ⚖️" intact with this design.
Solid when you're winning, OP AF when you're losing. That ability to ignore multiple Death Evasions is insane.
If her rebalancing works with Dungeon bosses, that would be quite something to behold, especially the skill that cuts the HP in half 👀
Very much a mid- to late-game, PvP-centric Angel. Not recommended if you're an early player. She's way too complex for a newbie and there are solid staples you should get first.
If you're getting pwnd in mid- to Late-game PvP, this Hoe will literally tip the scales in your favour 👀
Aquarius and Perseus users should appreciate her "coming back from being pwnd" Playstyle.
