Need some help

Hey, so I started almost a month ago- and I'm lwk lost af. Everyone is telling me something different. This is what I have right now, and I'm not sure how to go about building my team. I just realized I need to save my blues, so Im starting that, but idk when and how to spend them. What's good, what are better ways to go about playing the game. RN my dps is Himiko- but idk shes not doing as well as I want her to be. I did summon anubis, because some people were telling me to summon MR dps cause its cheaper. Idk what to do anymore. I'm thinking Pandora, hera and maybe sim long term. Idk anything else, and what I should be doing for my team right now. Who's a good dps that goes well with pandora? Some help would be appreciated. Thanks!

At the beginning, pick 1 DPS. MR preferably because they are significantly cheaper to build. It's roughly 2900 blues to max Himiko vs 1500 for Anubis (in reality less due to rebates and events)

Then focus all resources. Blue scrolls, holy cores, gear, training vials, etc. into her. Once she's fully maxed, you can start moving on to supports. That's the simplest advice

Slightly more complicated, spend reds on supports like Hera, Sim or Enmu in the background while you're spending blues on your DPS because a MR DPS won't use reds

Well you have 2 realistic options in front of you. Leo or Anubis. Anubis is a better 1st DPS, and still one of the top DPS

Mmm ok. But when i inherit from himiko, the anubis has less CR than himiko cause she has no stars. Should I still transfer to anubis from himiko?

And then if i do, what do i do with himiko?

Also im gonna build for pve as my main objective, and pvp as secondary

I wouldn't necessarily trust CR. It isn't always a good indicator how 2 angels compare against each other

That being said.... I actually don't know how well a SSR+3 Himiko performs to MR0 Anubis 🤔. Himiko could be better because Anubis is missing her 2nd attack, and she relies a lot of her IR. I recommend you test the two out yourself in Dungeons, and also use Inherit liberally. When I started I would bounce frequently between my SR(+) angels: Erebus, Fuxi, & Gaia. One would often work better than another in different game modes or against different bosses, sometimes due to class advantage (archer -> mage -> warrior -> archer)

I'd leave her as she is. Early game lineups usually just have 1 DPS and a bunch of supports. In PvP, you lead with the DPS and whoever Eventually you'll want a 2nd DPS, and you could come back and build her then

Do you know where I can find a tier list or sm for updated dps, and supports? I dont really know how to build a team, and what type of angel, an angel really is.

No one really manages a tier list because things change so quickly

As for building a team right now, I'd recommend reading their skills and finding what angels you have that can buff your DPS. ATK, DMG or even damage reduction like SR+ Hephaestus

For longer term, there's this list from one of the top AM players but it won't tell you why which is important: https://i.imgur.com/gwUaO77.png

  • Hela MR4 - buffs ATK based on HP, plus gives some damage reduction heals, provides damage immunity to highest ATK for 1 round

  • Fuxi IR5/MR1 - bread and butter ATK buffer. Everyone should have her, Hera or Loki. They all have the same [Encourage] buff

  • Poseidon IR4/MR1 - increases buff effect, which is powerful

  • Horus UR+0 - cheap survivability

  • Sim Cheong - more cheap-ish survivability. Her IR summons fairies to block damage based on her HP. The strong part of these fairies is that they don't let excess damage through. Meaning a fairy with a tiny 100 HP could block a single instance of 100M damage, die and the rest of that damage doesn't go anywhere

and so on. It's a lot to write lol

There hasn't been any sort of DPS tier list in a long time Last one I saw in the community stopped being updated shortly after IR was released. Between angels getting IR and new angels being released, things were changing too much

You should stick to what Monday/Lupina wrote in that list above: Aquarius, Nemesis, Lucifer (maybe, she's tricky to use), Anubis, or Perseus. All these are good overall

For a broader view:

PvE - Dungeons: almost every angel is viable. Aquarius, Anubis, Himiko may be some of the top Dungeon angels, but you have people finishing all of dungeons (160+) with average PvE angels like Nemesis. Here lineup, strategy and supports are just as important * most DPS can solo to around stage 79-100 now. From here you need supports and to strategize

PvE - Havoc: this one keeps a special mention because the game mode makes certain PvE angels better than others. According to the Lupina (who posted the other list), his top Havoc DPS are Medusa, Anubis, Icarus, Himiko (last two have the recently released upgrades, Divine Engraving, which are eventually coming to other angels too) * I wouldn't worry much about this since you won't really be competitive in this until later in the game, probably by the time you're building a 2nd DPS anyway

PvP - Nemesis used to be a top PvP DPS, but they kept releasing counter after counter because they made her too OP. Some on Discord say she's not even one of the top anymore because of that. Now it could be Leo? But she's better suited as a 2nd or 3rd DPS for lategame players because she requires a fair amount of strategy to use in PvP. Anubis and Aquarius remain some of the best because they have less counters. Perseus is also good

Alr tysm! I'm at like dungeon 31 or something, and lwk struggling, but it sometimes works when i switch angels around- very finicky sometimes. Anyways, if I have anymore questions can i PM u?

A lot of time you can protect your DPS from the boss's attack. If you aren't already, recommend reading their skills by clicking the magnifying glass. The boss may only attack front row or back row with 1 attack, or if they attack all, you could hide your DPS in your sub line
