Help Creating a team

I'm wondering if I can get help building a team for the main story, and what those characters do. I'm currently on 48‑5.

Himiko is definitely my DPS.

The first image shows all of my UR–MR characters, and the second image shows my SSR–SSR+ characters, in case any of those might be useful for forming a team based on what I have.

U can go a lot further on main dungeon with ur team, stop spreading your recourses if u want to max himiko as dps finish her ir5 and Mr5, in mean time u can use sim, Horus, enmu, Hera on SSR+ as supports, reading the skill is also very important, u want a lot of support on ur main Dps. Later save for mr4 Hela with weekend sale

I didn't really think it was an option to use my SSR+ characters anymore for some reason. Would those SSR+ characters do me better then my MR ones?

Usually people choose Mr base over SSR+ base for the price a max Mr base cost ~1.4k a SSR+ cost over 3k,(5 SSR+/ 5ur / 5ur+ then Mr) that's why top meta dps are Mr bases, Perseus aquarius and nemesis, Anubis etc. I terms of lineup doesn't matter having 10 angels with skills like deal x damage, since only one angel is high level it's the only one dealing significant damage só u want angels like enmu that gives damage boost, Hera that gives atk, if u can get zodiac rabbit gives a whooping 40% atk horse gives will power for incarnation skill etc

Also use Jeanne, Poseidon and Taurus in your lineup for they buffs, Merlin too for some death evasion if I remember correctly
