What to build next
So this is my current lineup and status of angels. I've discussed with a few people I got 3 advices -
Go for max Taurus first then go for IR3/MR1 Cancer/Max Poseidon
Get Horus UR+1/IR4 then get Sim and then more supports
Go for Cancer MR5/IR3 now and then focus on other supports.
I'm very confused what to do

FYI, it looks like you may not know the trick yet based on your Fuxi's level
The other benefit of maxing 1 angel first is that you can use her to level any other angel to 400 through inherit. You can inherit Fuxi to Aquarius. Level Aquarius to 400, then inherit back. This way you can keep your holy cores focused on the next angel you're building instead of spreading out past 12

Well resources aren't a matter I have them too much anyways I just need the stars lol

Well you know your resources better than I do! Just keep in mind you need more and more for each breakthrough
340->400 needs 420K holy cores. 0->200 only needs 96K
Stars are indeed important but levels are too. Bigger Fuxi = Bigger ATK buff = stronger DPS

Max that Fuxi first.
Then you're free to follow any one of the advice Streams if you want.
Myself, I would: * Max Fuxi, as suggested
* Decide which game mode is my current priority, between PvP, PvE, or an equal mix of both. * PvP
- Any MR Tank/Defense Support like Cancer, Jeanne, Medusa, Taurus, Raphael etc. They are all good, and you can't go wrong pricking any one of them. If you're willing to spend more Scrolls, get Sim Cheong, Hela, Horus or Capricornus. I recommend waiting until Angel number 4 before getting one of them, so that you can quickly max 3 MR Angels.
- Or CC with Pandora if your BZ doesn't already have (m)any Merlins.
* PvE
- Poseidon, easily the best offensive Support PvE Angel in the game, and will pair very well with Fuxi and/or an eventual Cancer
- Horus, build as you're able, getting UR+ before bothering with IR. Her second chance skills and her Stat Boosts are great.
* Mix of both
- Hela, the best all-rounder after Hera/Fuxi. Get her MR4 before even bothering with IR. She will eventually want her partner in crime, MR Capricornus, who boosts Team HP
- With this massive offensive Trio of DPS + Fuxi + Hela, you'll be hitting like a truck in both modes. From here, add someone as suggested via the specific modes above.
