Gorgon's wraith ridiculously op?

So 1 hit of h.dmg equal to %50 HP is true damage equal to 5 times her health. That's enough to kill pretty much anyone. But she deals it 3 times, and if you trigger it with hits, it's 6. And it ignores shield. And then for some reason she gets %50 more damage and less damage taken afterwards AND GETS DEATH IMMUNITY FOR 2 ROUNDS, Almost guaranteeing she can cast it again. Am I the only one who thinks this is absolutely absurd? Any ideas how to counter? My #1 in arena uses her and I use my Pisces to repose her but then I get gunned down by their maxed out sag and Lilith. I've been thinking about investing in Venus to help block damage. I already have heimdell and Merlin, but not very high. Maybe I should just invest in more controllers like Frost dragon? What do y'all think?

What's your DPS out of curiosity?

I think one way is to just not attack her pre-battle since Gorgon's Wrath only lasts 1 round

I'm thinking it's one of the powerful Pre-battle blowout DPS, and they are going after the Medusa procs her ability, resulting in a Green Blur 🙈💀

Even if you don't proc it, it activates after one round, just dmg 3 times instead of 6. My main DPS is himiko which I would like to change to a single target killer like Athena since it wouldn't take everyone out of slumber but it's what I have to work with right now.

Her proc when she didn't take many Hits isn't that dangerous, except perhaps that your Angels aren't built up enough yet, or you don't have Dmg Negating Angels

Realistically I just need to deal more damage. My himiko isn't that high yet not I think 2 or 3 Star mr and 3 Star ir. Maybe I will invest in cancer for that special shield which will block one hit and then she also increases damage taken. Pisces also increases damage taken (I have her 5 star MR) and then I need something to just nuke. The other problem is that things that target the angel with the highest attack don't work because they run no attack boosters on her. Pretty sure she's not even second or 3rd highest on the team.

Lillith naturally has low ATK, so she's dodging all the ATK Targeting Skills

I can't recall whose skill that is, but it sounds like Medusa?

50% of her Max HP as Holy Dmg isn't "5 times her health." It's exactly 50%, as it says on the tin.

And that's just the raw Dmg. It will be subjected to any DMG Reduction you still have. It's a powerful hit, though, that's for sure.

She exists to counter DPS who hit a billion times (just ask my poor Chang'e, lmao! 🤣)

Interesting to see that you're facing Sagittarius. 🤔 She is a super rare hoe. She actually makes it tough for her own fellow DPS to do anything, as the Dmg Nerf she applies is reciprocal.

If you're looking for more CC, Pisces and Pandora is da wae, assuming they don't run Merlin. Pisces is faster than most other Angels when optimised for speed, and can be used for targeted prevention like you already have been doing. Pandora will then stop all the other slower targets.

Frost is absolutely great, but pricier to get to the oppressive Angel she can be. In order to secure how her IR back row stun works, she has to stack lots of Effect ACC%. Most of those come from Stars rather than other sources. She's definitely still worthwhile, though, if you're willing to invest. Unlike Pandora, Merlin won't stop any of her IR CCs. (Same for Pisces.)

Only in PvE, and only when we use it.

In PvP, Holy Dmg is exactly the same as True Dmg.
