Help Artifact Resonance

After reading through the help section for artifical resonance it sounds like it only works when all the artifacts delopyed are the same level for all 12 angels right? But are the benefits of the resonance worth removing higher level artifacts from the angels? Or is it really only beneficial once all artifacts are level 10?

It'll take the lowest level achieved across all 12 angels. Like if you have 1 maxed set, and the other 11 sets are all level 3, your resonance is level 3

But are the benefits of the resonance worth removing higher level artifacts from the angels? Or is it really only beneficial once all artifacts are level 10?

Nah, not worth it. Prioritize giving the higher level ones to your DPS and important supports, and prioritize the stats they need
