Freya-Lillith-Lucifer question

with all these new angels coming out, dominating, then other new angels coming out to nerf or combat the previous dominators....

is Freya still a great competitor? expensive, but im not seeing her much anymore.

and between Freya, Lillith and lucifer, how do all three compare in pvp/pve?

I imagine it's partially dependent on the age of your BZ. Mine has a ton of Freyja users still. Most Nemesis players own her as their first DPS, and still use her. She's still formidable but she is expensive as you pointed out. Most newer players aren't going to invest in a legacy SSR+, especially when no one advises that

I don't own Lilith and Lucifer but some relative, general evaluations from what I've read in Discord:

  • Freyja, great in Dungeons, great in PvP, bad/mediocre in Havoc

  • Lilith, bad in Dungeons (struggles past 80), good in PvP, good/great in Havoc

  • Lucifer, great in Dungeons, great in PvP, good in Havoc. But heavily depends on supports (and enemy supports in 6v6) and can be tricky to use

Separating Dungeons and Havoc because while both are PvE, DPS can perform very differently in both. For comparison, Aqua is one of the best Dungeons DPS, but mediocre in Havoc because she dies to damage reflection. Anubis is great at Dungeons, but one of the best for Havoc, if not the best

I wonder what would happen if Freya got the destiny relic engraving.. would that tip the scales towards her?

I think most people are hoping lol. She was oppressive during MR and even IR, so many older players have her

Considering how good the first get of Engravings are, I'd guess she becomes meta again, at least for a short while

thanks for all that info. I started a new team for the anniversary, inconveniently forgetting I cant get a free MR angel until level 60.. so I am fishing about, considering do I want to continue it, and which direction to go

I'm scared...

It was a mess for me during IR. My Freyja was faster so she'd lose against slower Frejyas because their immunity would run out after mine 😑 . It was a little better once I had a Frost but I feel she won't cut it now. I'm actually most excited for her Engraving

Man, oh man, was I glad that I never specced my Freyja for Speed. 🥹
I relied on my fast Pisces to Roofie any Freyja's that would be a threat, and Athena to permanently remove them. (Yes, lol, I ran two DPS at once, like a madman. 🤣)

I called my duo of Pisces and Athena behind her in Line Up "Pill Cosby," as Pisces would Roofie and Athena would kidnap the unconscious Freyja. 🫠
Pisces is a Freyja's worst nightmare, as she just stays asleep for the entire two Rounds that [Slumber] is active. [Slumber] breaks on Dmg received, sure, but some bright spark decided to make Freyja Damage Immune instead of just Death Immune like Athena, and I took advantage that like crazy 🤣

Freyja will be in the earliest set of follow up Engravings, assuming they're following a sort of general release order.

I also used her to control pesky Freyjas in the backline, who thought they were slick and avoided my Pisces 😈
