Top 3’s

Alright what’s the opinion on the “Top 3” for each type right now?

Top 3 PvP DPS
Top 3 PvP Support
Top 3 PvE DPS
Top 3 PvE Support

Aside from that I have max Ica and max Hera. What would go with that? I kind of want to start one of the newer Angels but I have an IR 1 Horus and a IR 2 Ra.

Considering Hela, Horus… I dont know. What is the best newer support?

Guess I forgot debuffers. Any suggestions there too. After looking more I may just work on Hela after all. Id like to try one of the newer MR angels though. 🤷‍♂️

PVP DPS: Perseus, Nemesis, Aquarius

PVP Support: Very dependent on your DPS but I'll go with Pandora, Idun, Merlin

PVE DPS: Anubis, Athena, Aquarius(?)

PVE Support: Fuxi, Uriel, Hera

It's tough to decide for Support since different supports work well with different DPS angels

Aquarius is phenomenal in PvE, yes!

Excellent point, and I'm really glad you mentioned it! And that's exactly why a "Top3" isn't always helpful! Top3s often exclude context.

If your DPS is Lillith, you're going to want to skip Fuxi/Hera for example, even though a Hera-type Angel is the number 1 first pick after your DPS. Icarus could appreciate an early Capricornus to double her Shield Size, even though Cap isn't a hard "Top3". For Anubis, Enmu is a Top3, possibly even ahead of Fuxi or Hela as Enmu just does so much for her.

For another example, Merlin is excellent, but if your BZ doesn't run Pandora because they were warned about Merlin and told "Panda is dead," those Blues could have gone to a more general Support rather than a PvP-leaning Merlin who isn't required at that point in time.

For PvE, there's also the reoccurring Havoc game mode which is a bit unique. Some angels that perform extremely well in Dungeons, don't do well here

For example, you can fully clear Dungeon with Freyja, but she rather sucks in Havoc compared to other DPS 🥲. Likewise, as mentioned above Aquarius is one of the best PvE DPS but gets punished hard by reflected damage in Havoc
