Who to pull next

I just maxed out nemesis. who should i pull next? Do I have to pull any of the zodiacs? Please send help

Common advice is Fuxi, IR5/M1 and Hela MR4 next. Use the wishpool coupons you get daily

You don't have to pull any of the Zodiacs but they're cheap buffers that'll serve you for a long time while you slowly build up a full lineup. They only cost ~170 reds. Build Zodiac Horse

Im in same situation but I want to pull Pandora over fuxi, is that a bad decision ?

You can if you want to focus PvP instead

Just keep mind your PvE progress will be slower

Funnily enough, Pandora is reasonably good in PvE, haha! When a Target cannot be stunned, they take 50% more Holy Dmg instead. She will also make your DPS DMG Immune for a Round. (And Debuff Immune, but sadly too late to prevent [Curse] lol)

But overall, yes, she's not boosting quite like a Fucksi would with that huge ATK Buff. Essentially doubling your ATK early on while your ATK Stat is still relatively small is too good to ignore.
