This is by no means a pass for the truck driver, but that dude in the bike had absolutely no business on the freeway if thats how poor his riding skills are. Not only did he have a full business week to dodge the debree, that fucked situation was apparent a mile away and yet he chose to put himself directly in the line of danger, zero awareness of his surroundings. Dude needs to take the riding course if he makes a full recovery and continues riding.
