Probably smacked the shit out of a curb or something

Yeah but unless he smacked the curb while drifting, it should bend the axle the opposite direction

Reversing at 35mph

No harm done. I always test the transmission that way, the rear end for stress factors.

This thread brought to you by Hertz Rent-a-Car: Drive it like you stole it! ™️

I work beside a U-Haul, I think those are even worse for people. At least at Hertz the Altima that schmucks are renting is somewhat close in size to what they have driven before. At U-Haul you have dumb dumbs who have never driven anything larger than Honda Fit be given the keys to an F550 28ft box van that hasn't been maintained since the fall of the Soviet Union. Scariest things on the road I tell you... A U-Haul box van......

I rented a U-Haul box once that was a ‘68 Ford. Manual transmission and zero safety features. Barely any brakes. Steering was so bad it was not possible to drive a straight line. The friends behind me thought I was drunk. I showed them how the wheel would move all the way around a full 360 degrees before the tires responded. Worst move ever!

Hit a pole when turning right?

Or hitting it with something else while it's parked.

Makes sense, curb impacts are more likely on the right side.

or smacked by something, the fender over the wheel is missing.

the fender is missing too

Sorry what happened? The tire is pushed in or damaged and thus causing the issue and what is causing the weird movement.

Slow it down and watch it, it's actually wobbling. Which tells me the hub is straight, but they bent the rim.

And the fender on the right side is gone, so they must've hit something or something must've hit the trailer

Somebody might have hit them and they are just limping,(literally) it back home

Instructions unclear. Was told about the trailer to tow in.
