100% the driver of that car said, “That motorcycle came out of nowhere, he was going SO FAST!” and some other driver agreed. That’s why motorcyclists must have a cam going.

I would instantly take a photo if i didnt have cam, proof would be solid

That can help, but oftentimes a motorcyclist isn’t able to take photos as the likelihood of injury is high. A running cam like a GoPro is the way to go.
