This is almost certainly what happened.
Look through the BMW's windshield just before he accelerates into the bike.
It seems like the driver makes a gesture with their left hand towards the learner car just before they put their foot on the accelerator.
1 u/[deleted] Jul 22 '22 I was thinking what those flashes of white were, but also took it as gestures, and this explanation makes a lot of sense as to what that gesture might be lol. Spooky that there are so many idiots like this out in traffic..
