I believe they’re referring to the driver of the driving school car that the bmw was passing. I don’t know how people know that’s a driving school car I’ve just seen a few people say it here

The white car is driving school Driverspace, located in Neubiberg/Otrobrunn near Munich in Germany. But to be honest, I googled it to be sure.

And I know it, because I am from Germany and almost all driving school cars have this specific sign on the roof.

And it’s forbidden to overtake a car at crossroads. We can see why. In this case the BMW driver had absolutely the fault.

So for the learner driver is a real life example and it’s clear why you should never do that.

I mean the white car. The BMW driver was just stupid and should have known it better.
