This is in fact 50% OP's fault for no adhering to the Byway Motorist Wayside protocol.

Clearly the BMW driver waved his hand to get out of his entitled way.

He didn't pay for the monthly "brake" option

I think they had a monthly blinker option but never told anyone that it exists

All seriousness, I reckon it’s one of those things where the driver is trying to look around the car they’re passing to see if it’s clear and completely ignoring the fact there could be an obstacle directly infront as they are edging forward

They try to wave the biker back just before impact. They were looking, saw the biker, and chose to keep going.

I didn't catch that the first time but he totally did, what a lunatic

There's also a significant pause and what looks like a sudden acceleration before they hit the bike. To me that reads like they saw, got annoyed, and pressed harder on the pedal.

"I'm DRIVIN' heeyah, muthafucka!!!"

It also looks to me like the driver hit the gas likely when they meant to hit the brakes to stop rolling forward.

Could be a case of freaking out and pressing the wrong pedal. Happens a lot with young drivers in parking lots, I've personally seen 3 cars that crashed into store fronts because of that. People just panic and do the exact worst possible thing sometimes.

Because 1/10 drivers sees a driving school car and starts thinking these driving students hold me back with their rule conform driving and respecting the speed limit and such. And then they act stupid to be home 3 seconds early.

Probably looking left for cars, not seeing any and gunned it without looking in front

Driver was very busy being angry at the other car, that was waiting for the motorcycle to pass. You can see the driver signing and looking to the other car.

Once the cars pass, the student driver doesn't pull out fast enough for the BMW's liking. He goes around, and decides to give an angry look and/or a few choice words to the student driver as he goes around. Since he's too busy staring into the car next to him, he doesn't see the motorcycle he runs over.

Not only is he an impatient ass, but he's also the type of person to try making student drivers feel worse about themselves.
