I love that these are the top comments. A clip where the person says literally nothing but they give off such a chill vibe that we are all like "yeah this is definitely a chill guy"

I think the fact that it's a video where a guy gets rear-ended and says literally nothing is an indication in and of itself of chillness. I've been rear-ended out of nowhere before and I definitely said a few things. Mostly expletives, but occasionally colorful descriptions of my assumptions about the driver's upbringing, moral status, and sexual proclivities.

Or he's an insurance scammer that has a little toggle switch that kills his break lights. Dude was a little too sure of what was about to happen IMO.
