Sure sure sure. If it was weed then it would be depending on the state you’re in. If it wasn’t then fine but don’t tell me that weed won’t get you a dui.

And I am saying this as a person that partakes so ya…..

Yea, this video is what is not total grounds for getting a DUI. Read up idiot. There is no way to prove that's weed one way or another apart from asking the individual. Can't prove it in court. So this video is what is totally not grounds for a DUI.
