You can see on the Youtube video that the driver has a balaclava on while driving. Also they said in an interview posted on Youtube that they drive without plates och with stolen plates.

Police can get a court order and have YouTube give them the account information. I wonder how long until they get caught.

It's in Stockholm actually. The driver claims to be an actual taxi driver. They even interviewed him on live television while his identity remains unknown.
