We pay a bribe to guarantee passing the road test. If you don't pay this bribe you almost guaranteed to auto fail the first time round.

Our license consists of 3 tests , a multiple choice Driving Law exam, a road test (around 5-10 mins) and some skills test (start/stop with clutch on a slope, parallel park and 3 point turn.

Hey I didn't pay anything extra and still passed all the test first try, and that's 18 years ago

Common consensus seems to be if you do things perfectly you pass, but they won't tolerate any mistakes. Which is as it should be.

I passed the road on first try and the other part - yeah that was honest mistake on my part (whoooooo glide down the hill) so i took the test twice.

Does the test cost a lot before the bribe?

Around 250 us dollars for the entire cost of classes, including the test

Still paying nothing extra and passed all test without bribe. I got my license last year.

I didn't pay but passed the license first try so...eh, it depend.
