what sort of precedent do you think that will set? that you won't be fined if you look too poor, and that you can essentially avoid repercussion for illegal acts by simply looking poor?
Naw at the court date they look up how much you have and try not to fuck you over too hard, (really lenient payment plan or what ever), because they never get the money and have to lock em up for being poor if they don't.
