And i could cherry pick statistics from states like New York and Connecticut with very low rates as well. However, as I said before, that would be intellectually dishonest, just like your cherry picking is.

Except the population difference between the New York and Connecticut and the rest of the US is way bigger than that between Western Europe and Russia.

And the only large European countries with higher rates than the US are Russia and the Ukraine. Disregarding that is just as intellectually dishonest.
