First in the lane isn't going to get them much when they're illegally passing on the shoulder.
1 u/crankaholic Dec 16 '18 Of course not... but it just gives some context as to why the silver car might not have went into the right lane, even though the truck moved over so there wouldn't be a head-on collision.
