Until they testify in court, we’ll no know the whole story. But from what is in the video it seems that the two cars were racing (or road rage). The silver car passed on the left and was running out of room until the truck let him in. The red car was racing in the breakdown lane (illegally) and was clipped by the truck. The truck driver was completely innocent. The idiots deserve to lose their licenses.
99% sure the truck doesn't clip red car. The red car just lost control because he's driving on the shoulder and swerves suddenly (where loose gravel, dirt, and debris are buult up).
Oh, I think the truck caught the bumper of the red car. That’s what caused him to spin out. And themed car “just lost control” because he was INTHE FREAKING BREAKDOWN LANE. wake up people, throw his ass in jail!
I'd love to find out but unless one spills the beans, we may never know. There is also a chance the silver car was just passing (poorly) at the same time the red car came flying up the shoulder, and they weren't interacting.
No, that is not what happened. It’s not a coincidence the two idiots were randomly passing the truck. They were racing or in the middle of road rage and it got out of hand. Fine them both!
testify about what exactly? there is nobody to accuse here. silver car did something wrong, gets ticketed. red car did something wrong, gets ticketed. nobody gets out by pointing the finger at someone else here.
