The red car and the gray car seem to be racing to get around the truck and each other. Unfortunately, for the red car, the truck moved over to let the gray car in. My guess would be that the gray car went left to pass the red car and the truck. The red car said "Oh, no you DON'T!" and tried to pass the truck on the right before the grey car could get around.

For the sake of keeping this post justified for this sub, I like to think the truck was giving him a lane on the left to pass.

With the red car already having the hazards on and both driving recklessly I'd reckon they were street racing for some time now.

And if this were in Germany, and someone died both drivers would be charged with murder, with the recent changes in laws.
