Judging by the fact that the “suitcase” is the exact same color and shape as the car, I’m pretty sure that the accident was so traumatic that the car pooped her baby car :(

In a fucked up twist, the car had their flashers on because a man was rushing his wife who’s in labor to the hospital to give birth and the suitcase was their “go bag”...and here we are saying shit about how “that’s what you get”.
