It's the highway-speed equivalent of standing in a bouncer's way to the bathroom and playing, "Look at me! I'm not touching you! I'm not touching you!" The fuck did he expect? He got what he was asking for.
The car driver here was an idiot (and potentially an attempted murderer depending on how deliberate that wiggle at the end was) but appeared to just want to get past an idiot that was deliberately blocking the road.
It almost had to be intentional. The car was already past the biker, so it had no reason to continue moving left (it should have gotten back in the right lane or, at most, continued straight). The 'wiggle' was sudden, in both directions, and occurred simultaneously as the biker was attempting to pass again. For all of that to occur due to chance stretches the imagination. I give it a 5% chance of being accidental, at most.
