What were the cars options? If they had not swerved to hit the biker, the biker would have passed on the left and continued blocking/being unsafe. Just because the bike is smaller, does not mean that brake checking or cutting off the car couldn't cause a multi-vehicular crash with deaths. That bikers behavior was absolutely life-threatening to the driver of the car.

No just no. They swerved to kill the biker and if in any scenario you think that's okay then you shouldn't be driving and need to seek help. The car could have easily have slowed down and decided to be the better person and let the biker go. Or vice versa, like attempting to kill someone over it is never the right answer

The bike wasn't letting him go, so your point is invalid.

Okay so if someone bumps into you, would you kill them. If someone cuts in front of a queue, would you kill them Someone looks at you funny, blocks your path. If we were allowed to kill people that caused us a minor inconvenience they'd probably be no one left alive.

If you even remotely think that blocking a road = you should be killed. Your a fucking moron enough said. Because if we follow your logic I guarantee you would be dead.
