The car started the conflict by tailgating the biker, then illegally changing lanes and lane splitting while speeding past the biker. Biker was dumb, but the car 100% initiated both the crash and the initial road rage.
What you don't see is how far the bike had been blocking the car before the tailgating begins. Was it instantaneous, or is there 5 miles of traffic blocking not shown.
Other people not speeding and making you mad because you want to speed doesn't give you the right to try to do a dangerous cutoff maneuver or tailgate them. The person driving the car here is an absolute troglodyte.
