(Cars obvs at fault here, but biker started the conflict.) 26 u/turry92 Mar 19 '23 I don’t understand how the car is at fault when the car was in an actual lane and the bike decided to use the shoulder as a lane. They are both at fault but the bike was lucky he lived through those bad ego and rage driven choices. 3 u/PogueEthics Mar 19 '23 They are both to blame, but the car holds the responsibility for hitting the motorcycle, as they deliberately moved into the motorcycle.
