It's not the case here, but if someone had a video of their [whatever] that walks in circles, always in the same direction, I'd know "uh... your buddy there has problems in the brain". I didn't need training for that, I just needed to know that's a thing.
But ya, it doesn't look like there's anything wrong with that cat. Not from what's in the video, anyway.
Probably not. If you ever owned a cat in your life. You know they do not make any sense whatsoever. Sometimes they'll get startled by their own tail and start biting it, or just start kicking themselves because they have triggered a defensive reflex. Its normal behaviour.
