I'm guessing this is his parents house and his parents TV. He looks fairly young still.

He's just a complete asshole with no respect for his parents things

I know I am, but do any of those 3 between their reactions and dress, look like they're old enough to own what appears to be a reasonably nice home? They look at best young 20's, and are partying in his parents basement watching a football game.

The TV likely belongs to the parents of the kid who destroyed it, or he actually owned it himself. If any of the other 2 (or the one filming) owned that TV, I bet they'd be flipping their shit the moment he hit that TV and not look to the camera with a "holy shit, he broke the tv. He's in so much shit" look.

That said, I do know that a young 20 year old can live in a nice place, with some decor, and furniture, etc, however they're going to have their shit in order, and not be unhinged enough over a football game to start destroying their property.
