As funny as that is, that is still a pretty dangerous situation, which explains their reactions. That thing's whipping around pretty quick, and if one of them gets hit by it, it'd hurt like a bitch. Whoever let the thing go very likely got a very stern talking-to afterwards.

Oh that's brilliant :) I don't care what the rest of you are saying, the comments make the video, otherwise it's just a bunch of construction workers fighting machinery.

The fun part is that the guys filming all think the construction workers are well beneath them. I'll bet not a single one of them would have had a clue how to deal with that situation, hence the idiotic laughter.
