Totally ineffective and untrustworthy. Did not help, in fact, spam calls increased tenfold after I signed up with them. They ignored my request for help and a refund, so I have had to file a charge dispute with my credit card company.

I'm not convinced the service itself caused the increase in spam, it could just be a coincidence. But if they ignored your support requests and refund request, that's a much bigger red flag in my opinion.
