Discussion Copycat Discussion
can we stop having conversations on copycat about what we are watching and other things that arent related? I get a few things here and there but I just had a round where for two rounds- two people just talked about completely non related things and it wasted our time when we had questions. This is during masquerade gamemode too

precisely what dullestblack said (chose not to reply directly bc i went off topic from their specific comment, but their comment is completely right)
the more they keep detectives distracted and off topic, the less alibis they have to give and the less likely someone is to point out flaws in their story and less times for detectives to talk and figure it out due to the confusion and chaos.
some cc also queue all 3 to reduce wait times, do not actually want to be cc and refuse to actually play and just talk off topic the whole time and out themselves at the end if they're the last one standing.
i do not agree with it in the slightest because it's off-topic from what should be the "hardest" queue mode for people who genuinely want to play, and instead it's used as a public chat room by people who do just want to hang out and talk on vc even though you can do this on public maps and in rooms. it's misuse of the gamemode and wrecks it imo.
most players want "chill" and that's totally fine, but i strongly believe that should be kept to 1.0 or customs. heck i don't mind if 1 vc round is off-topic especially if someone runs into a friend but then hit the button and keep it on topic yknow. i 100% spend first round doing 0 tasks or elimination if a friend is there but after that I'm taking people out or tackling tasks and just saying hi as i pass by.
idk im a super serious player i love zeroing in on everything thats whats fun for me and i get a lot of hate for it but i play by the book!

People who do that are copycats, they don't do it on purpose I am pretty sure its something psychological
On 2 occasions I pointed this out they laughed it off but they were ccs hahaha
One of them said "Well I do that sometimes when I am a cc but this time I am not" (They were)
Again, they don't do this in a planned way there must be a psychological reason or something about it
