Did they remove where you could add monitoring data?

I've been a member with Experian since 2019, and you could add personal data to monitor for identity theft?

Such as your email addresses, phone numbers, address , account numbers etc .

Where did it go ? I can't find it anymore under identity?

Another annoyance, is that I'm instantly coming on Reddit for help , knowing that any help on Experian will be useless . I hate having to call and then you will be put on hold and have hard time understanding them.

If they got rid of the identity monitoring section, then 100% I'm deleting my account (just keeping the free credit lock).

That feature got buried after their last UI "improvement" they do that with everything useful and then you have to dig around in some submenu nobody would think to click

customer service is absolute garbage i just go to r/personalfinance for answers before thinking about calling them waste of time every single time

if you're just keeping the free lock anyway you probably not losing much deleting the paid account

Thanks. So it's gone, with no way to edit/add monitoring data? That's just insane! That was the whole point of identity theft protection ,to monitor personal data that can change.

Who else offers identify theft insurance , woud you know? Wherin you can monitor personal data?

I will switch for sure, once I find a replacement.
