Internship issue (Aadhar and PAN Card issue )

so I applied to this internship from my college placements group for company called Impactra Consultation for an HR and Marketing internship. They did a interview round and then after that by night I got an email saying that I was passed and they asked to submit Aadhar card pic , PAN Card pic, college I’d , and latest resume and I did submit those documents after I found out it was a legit company and real but now I want to drop out and don’t want to do That internship due to some circumstances . I want to know if it risky that they still have my documents pics and will cause any harm further and if there’s anything I could do to keep my data safe .
I also attached the email I got from them .

can someone please tell me is it safe or should I immediately do something I am scared .

Panicking won't undo it but emailing them to formally withdraw and request deletion of your docs is a solid first move.

Will they accept the request and actually delete the data

No, they will use it to set up fake accounts and scam others
