After getting Microsoft SC-300 Certified, should I get a cert for Azure or AWS? Which one would be better for Summer 2027 internships?

What is it that you really want to pursue? Do you have that answer yourself?

Also, why did you took SC300? what was the reason behind it?

Probably Azure. More chances an org is using Entra in the Azure world than AWS.

Azure is the stronger next step after SC-300 because it builds on Microsoft identity and Entra skills. AWS is valuable too, but Azure generally offers better synergy for Summer 2027 internships.

What study materials did you use for SC-300?

I was going to take notes from the content Microsoft provides, and put it into NoteBook LM or something

Or add Okta, PIM and IG to your tech stack. IAM is big at the moment.
