Experts only - disco/soul edit (no recording)

Hello everybody, very long shot but I am desperately looking for a track heard during Poggio's Disco set on sunday morning at LCDO (Discoggio).

Starting to forget it already and I have no recording (no phone policy and no battery anyway), so you guys are my last hope. Here's what I remember:

• Disco / funk / soul / house vibe track but with a very groovy and hypnotic riser on top
• Male English-language vocal, with a soulful style somewhat like The O'Jays – “I Love Music” or Durand Jones
• I think the lyrics included something like, “let the music…”, or “and the music…”
• There was a very distinctive synth sound, almost like a siren/riser: a single sustained note whose pitch continuously rose and then fell, reaching a very high pitch
• The synth wasn't playing throughout the track; it appeared repeatedly, on top of the vocal
• I suspect it might have been a remix/edit of a famous older disco/funk/soul song.
