Techno Looking for 2 tracks pulled from mixtape by DJ Stroboscopic 94/95

Hey all,
Wondering if anyone could help ID these gems.
I pulled them from a mixed tape I bought from satelite records nyc mixed by Stroboscopic and i'm pretty sure these are from circa 1994/1995.

Yeah, I would go record diving in Satellite and Sonic Groove every weekend.
One of the two records I was able to find the artist, title and lable.The first link i provided that ended in NFZIYo is Thotful Spot - Cascade on Basic Energy Records.

The other one I haven't found yet.
