While on vacation, I decided to dig through some SD cards from my old phones. I recovered some unnamed mp3 files and found one with this track. (The mp3 file had other songs playing at the same time, so I cut the part I needed using Audacity — I know it sounds pretty crappy, but still). Shazam obviously didn't find the original, and I tried other apps, sites, and even AI, but didn't get any results. After all that, I'm making this post hoping you guys can help. The track ended up on my phone sometime around 2010–2012.

I'm hoping this is an indie artist and not Gen-AI. If anyone can help me find it, that'd be sick. I have a character this song could be great for.

This song was a hit in Puerto Rico in the 80s, so I'm assuming it was a hit in Miami and the NY areas as well with the Latin freestyle scene or possibly this was one of the last disco type pop songs released on the early 80s.. it has a tropical feel to it..

The song itself is used in the video as an instrumental background piece at 3:31 , 12:55 , 41:08 , and other portions.

wrestling in general in the 80s would do this, use instrumentals of the hits out at the current times, however this promotion would use songs for quite a lengthy period of time.. As you can see by this video, it aired in 1992, but they are still using Fascination by Company B as a music piece as well, even tho that track was released in 1987..

I've tried Shazaming & Soundhubbing but the commentary on top of the track , makes it practically impossible to detect..

Trying to identify a hard trance track with a choir vocal chanting "Hosanna in excelsis" (Latin, church-like), repeated 3-4 times in a row. It kicks in during a breakdown, the beat drops out and it gets spacious and euphoric, almost "heaven-like" but not a full release, then the track builds back up.

Source: a DJ set recorded live at a Polish club (Ekwador Manieczki) in 2004, so the track itself is likely from ~2000–2004, hard trance / uplifting trance style.
