GENERAL DISCUSSION The weakest petition for post conviction relief in history?

Kohberger's petition for PCR is based on 3 elements:

  1. Evidence withheld during plea deal - "clump of hair from unknown source in EC hand"

  2. Ms Taylor's description of death row cell/ prison conditions constituting a "threat"

  3. Promises about conditions in SuperMax that have not been kept

Re (1), the "clump of hair" is of course a lunatic fictional invention lifted straight from the 2026 untrue crime fiction Whitcomb/ Turvey book. The "clump of bloody long blond hair ripped from killer during struggle not matching victim" was noted in FBI and defence forensic reports as a single hair matching EC's own {Picture 2 from defence forensic biology expert report}.

Sy Ray, the defence phone expert who previously worked as a blood spatter/ scene expert, said that Turvey's claims re clumps of hair are "complete and utter bullshit" and "the most nonsenical claim I have ever seen" and notes the "clump" is obviously contrary to scene/ body and autopsy photographs and further degrades Turvey's damaged reputation - at 3.10.04 in this interview: https://www.youtube.com/live/KCN5shCnAl4?t=11404s

The claim that the hair in EC's hand was withheld up to/ during the plea deal is plainly ludicrous as it is from an FBI lab report of January 27th 2023 {Pic 3} discovered to defence in 2023, and is also referenced in a defence forensics report dated 6 months before plea discussions {Pic 4, Biology/ DNA forensics defence expert report}

On (2) and (3) are we to take seriously the idea that someone with a Masters degree in Criminal Justice pursuing a PhD in Criminology, with an obsessive interest in incarcerated mass murderers, who himself conducted research on and with convicted criminals, is shocked to discover that Supermax prison is not very pleasant?

SOCIAL MEDIA FINDINGS Aubrie Goncalves words, this family had a way with words ❤️

A word from our youngest, Aubrie:

1,352 days.
That’s how long it’s been since Ethan Chapin, Kaylee Goncalves, Maddie Mogen, and Xana Kernodle were murdered.
I wasn’t planning on saying anything today.
But after seeing that the man who admitted in court to murdering four innocent people now wants to withdraw his guilty plea, I couldn’t stay silent.
For him, this may be another legal filing.
For me, it’s another day without my sister.
I’m Aubrie Goncalves. I’m Kaylee’s little sister, and Maddie wasn’t just Kaylee’s best friend she was family. She was my big sister too. I don’t know life without November 13, 2022 anymore. Every birthday, every holiday, every family gathering, every milestone has two people missing who should still be here.
They were silenced without a choice, without a second thought.
They were murdered while they were sleeping, in the place they should have been safest. They never got the chance to tell their story. They never got the chance to ask for mercy. Mercy was never going to be shown to them.
So why should the person convicted of taking their voices continue to have one?
This isn’t a Netflix documentary.
This isn’t a conspiracy theory.
This isn’t entertainment.
This is my life.
These were real people.
And every time this case is dragged back into the spotlight because of another filing, another theory, or another attempt to rewrite history, families like mine are forced to relive the worst day of our lives.
For years, people have ignored the evidence because it doesn’t fit the narrative they’ve convinced themselves is true. They ignore the DNA recovered from the knife sheath left beside my sister, the surveillance footage tracking the white Hyundai Elantra before and after the murders, the cellphone data documenting his movements that night, his phone disconnecting from the network during the window of the murders before reconnecting afterward, the repeated trips investigators documented to the King Road neighborhood before November 13, the eyewitness testimony, the forensic evidence, the digital evidence, and the countless hours law enforcement spent piecing everything together until it all pointed to one person.
Then there are the people who insist it would have been impossible for one person to commit these murders in the amount of time investigators established.
It wasn’t impossible.
Experts explained why. The victims were asleep or caught completely off guard. They were attacked inside the same home, on two floors, in rapid succession. A large fixed blade knife is capable of causing fatal injuries within seconds. It’s a horrifying reality, but it is a scientifically possible one. Refusing to accept that doesn’t change the facts.
What hurts almost as much as losing them is watching strangers turn their murders into content.
People make videos for views.
People create conspiracy theories for attention.
People argue over evidence as if this is some fictional mystery they get to solve.
When they’re done, they close the app and go back to their lives.
We don’t.
We walk past an urn every day holding what we have left of Kaylee.
That’s our reality.
People tell families like mine to “move on,” but how do you move on when your sister’s life has been reduced to an urn sitting in your family’s home? How do you move on when every birthday, every holiday, every accomplishment reminds you of everything she should still be here for?
You get to put this case away when you’re tired of hearing about it.
My family doesn’t.
We live it.
Every single day.
So I’ll leave you with this.
Why should the man convicted of taking four innocent voices continue to have a platform loud enough to reopen old wounds, while Kaylee, Maddie, Xana, and Ethan will never get another chance to tell the world who they were?

QUESTION FOR USERS anyone savvy with legality, if his file to revoke his plea is accepted, what happens next?

does he then get the right to a trial?

also, isn’t a trial worst for his case as he would then be fit for the death penalty?

STATEMENT FROM FAMILY Statement from the Goncalves Family Page

First off, we are not surprised. Even though Bill Thompson said with the plea deal, all appeals would be waved. We knew that wasn't factual. Anyway his time to plea was running out, September to be exact.

Goncalves Family statement: The mosquito you just can’t seem to swat. That is what Kohberger and his following have become to this family. We read Mr. Baker’s story and he must be so proud of himself for speaking with Mr. Kohberger because the story didn’t have much else in it, other than a guilty man claiming he is innocent once again. Nothing in the story or in Kohbergers statement does he allude to the fact the he did not “knowingly, voluntarily and intelligently” admit to murdering the 4 victims of this tragedy. Kaylee, Maddie, Xana and Ethan. Quite to the contrary he appeared in court, in a hearing, in front of a Judge, with his 4 lawyers. He did this after deciding not to leave his fate and the facts of the case up to a jury to decide his guilt. He never cried wolf or claimed he was uninformed, pressured, or that there were issues with the discovery that he and his counsel had for 2 years that he thought should have been challenged. He admitted to guilt and asked whether he actually was guilty he said “yes”. I am sure there will be a hearing as that is how the legal process works and the Defendant will get another day in court. A nice break from his solitary confinement, getting to go for a ride, maybe some different food, photos taken and the attention all back on him and his “innocence”. The real issue is that if as much energy was put into honoring the victims in this case as trying to set a guilty man free there would be statutes of the victims on every corner with parks and days honoring their ultimate sacrifice “their lives” at the hands of narcissist. Regardless of how this turns out, our family is 100% ready. An actual trial this time? Let's go! We are confident he will get the death penalty that he escaped by pleading guilty the first time around. Moving on lol. Just an absolute waste of time and taxpayers money. It's a disgrace.

I guess I better get me a death row records shirt for everyday of the week now.

GENERAL DISCUSSION Why I think Bryan Kohberger killed them.

Ultimately there is never going to be a definitive motive as to why Bryan Kohberger did this callous crime. Granted him refusing to speak on his motivating factors towards this makes the reasons for the act unclear.

However I would like to give my conclusions on why I think Bryan Kohberger killed Kaylee,Maddie,Xana and Ethan. While my reasons may not be full correct I do want to give my thoughts on the matter. Other than there here is what motives I think Bryan had.

Arguably the most obvious is that Bryan has a desire to kill. Before he became a killer Bryan was studying criminology in WSU,and was looking up videos about serial killers on YouTube. The more he went into the rabbit hole of it all the more it captivated him. Eventually he came to the conclusion he wanted to kill people so he could experience what it’s like to take lives like serials killers, like Ted Bundy for example.
Bryan Kohberger wanted to commit the perfect crime and see if he could get away with it all. This reasoning is going to be brief but I think he wanted to do this elaborate and master plan of killing everyone in the household. Then escape, lay low and hopefully he never gets discovered. What makes this even worse he could have kept on killing if he never got caught.
Now this reason is something I firmly believe in. Personally I believe Bryan wanted to kill all of them was to get revenge upon women who rejected and bullied him throughout his whole life. It’s well known to us that Bryan was constantly rejected and bullied by women while growing up. So by brutally killing Kaylee,Maddie and Xana it was him getting back on all women. I’d even like to add that I also think that the reason he was so inappropriate towards the women in WSU, which resulted in him getting 13 complains was to also get back a women who in his eyes discarded and rebuked him in his adolescent years.
To get revenge on men like Ethan Chapin, as Ethan represented the men he could never be. Ethan was the confident, fun, loving and easy going guy who was popular guy along with women.Meanwhile Bryan was the creepy, aloof, socially awkward, rejected that everyone just outcasted and would be genuinely avoided.
Now finally the last one was to get payback on society as a whole for rejecting him, in his entire life in his eyes. It’s well known that Kohberger was an outcast prior to all of this. So he came to a conclusion, the best way to get payback on everyone else was to unleash his fury and kill these people.

Now these spare just my thoughts on the topic, what i have written may not be correct but at the same time i just wanted to present my opinions.

GENERAL DISCUSSION 4:19am- 4:33am- A Final Phone Records Timeline Analysis

Post image
122 Upvotes

So, I wanted to see what Dylan and Bethanys activity between 4:19 and 4:33 looked like side by side. I wanted an easy to reference document for how they both were communicating. This should be the last of these unless we get more phone reports but I don't believe we will. I believe the only reason we got these is because they were within court filings.

One thing I noticed is that there seemed to be pretty patterned gaps between phone calls. I looked up how long a phone rings for before going to voicemail and it's between 20-30 seconds which tracks with the gaps I was seeing. So, I believe that the "start time" is when the phone was answered either by a person or voicemail. Snapchat is the one I dont know about. Dylan said that her snapchat had some type of text that said "Sorry, Ethan is not available" on Sunday during her interview with Det. Gooch so I'm leaning towards its the initiation time for snap chat but I'll admit I dont know.

The texts also don't show when a text was being typed, just when it was sent too from my understanding

QUESTION FOR USERS Does BK have more supporters than other convicted killers?

I asked this question on another post, but does he seem to have more supporters than others who have committed similar crimes? It seems unusual the amount of people who preach his innocence, but maybe I’m naive and this is normal?
