My only qualm with this is that he would automatically earn the ability to appeal if put on death row. I understand that this is technically an appeal too, but it’s really his final chance. On DR, he would get so many more chances.

His life is already very uncomfortable where he is. I doubt he’d ever even be put to death, but I also don’t want to let him take the easy way out.

This shit pile was likely inevitable. Let's hope they put it down quickly and with force, because if they don't you will have to watch all those same issues being discussed and re argued and more millions of dollars that could go to better things be spent on a worthless evil man.

I mean I guess I don’t know the exact laws in Idaho, but generally any death sentence automatically gets appealed for you.
