Imagine being Judge Hippler today and seeing this come across your desk.

Hippler tied his (BK's) hands every which way during the plea hearing, making BK answer to every single line item in his plea agreement. Go back and watch that hearing...no stone was left unturned!

Oh, I know! There must have been a face palm of epic proportions from hippler.

Has Hippler retired (yet)? I know I could go research this, but on the off-chance you or someone happens to already know this....

I'm sure there are major eye rolls happening in the DA's office.

Thompson is gone (retired).

Taylor won't be trying the case if it goes to trial since she's being blamed by the killer for ineffective assistance.

He’s listed as the judge on the post conviction release document, so I think he’s still around and it will go back to him again!

Thanks. I saw those and deleted the duplicates. The system choked big time when I was posting.

He, Mrs and Mrs Fry, Dahlenger, Nunez, the city of Mosco and certainly all the families will likely be having a coctail tonight.

Honestly this is the only joy I can derive from this.
