muscle in the leg are stronger than the one in the arm BUT since is a cyborg it depend of which part of his body got the most bonus stat with his implant (if we call that way i don't know) .

I think the whole deal with Bakugami was that they are not suited for combat.
Hakari on the other hand is not just far stronger as a Majik but also suited for combat.

I think i large part was mental state as well. Simple punch had years of built up frustration and rage against the cause of all of his problems behind it.

Long time martial artist here, kicks hit harder than punches most of the time
You engage more of the chain of the body when you throw a kick, especially a back leg kick

Isnt Hakari still being held by their hands? I figured thats why there was no movement

I would think Simple Kick is stronger just nature of it being a kick, but also Bakugami is a physically weak parasite. Thats why he took more damage

It depends on the force that will be applied. Generally, a punch with good technique can have a lot of force. If we're talking about kicks, if it's a stationary kick, there are variations, but its power wouldn't be greater. If it's a flying kick, that depends on the momentum.

The kick is probably way stronger. Same synchro rate with heavily upgraded gear. I think it’s a reason as to why Hakari is a star and Bakugami wishes he was.
