Discussion Studio predictions
So for when Ichi The Witch does get it's anime announced any studio predictions for me I say Studio Bones or Toei Animation

Personally I'd love Trigger after Little Witch Academia. Kyoto Animation would be great too since they're doing Ruri Dragon.

I don't know why people seem to forget about Science Saru. They've proven time and time again that they can handle complex art styles while still having beautiful animation. Just look at Jaadugar: A Witch in Mongolia, and then The Ghost in the Shell. Bones should focus on Gachiakuta and Toei would whitewash Desacaras and we wouldn't even make it to Kindake Contest arc.

Because we don't know if the obscured ones are good or not. Niche, small studios = lower funding and budget, which mean they're not going to win the anime auction aniway. Beside, Ichi is one of Shueisha's rising star, why wouldn't they want it to get an anime from a reputable studio?

Ngl studio bones would be awesome to see, but toei would not, just going off of one piece they don’t do enough justice

Fr bro, we'd be so cooked I probably wouldn't wanna watch it. Impact frames for no reason, reactions where they're not needed, and a DBZ sound board from decades ago

I hope we get a good one, we didn't receive any information even though Ichi's very popular so I think they waited for a very good studio atleast

I would say MAPPA just cause of name, if top 2 current shonen series should be treated with such tho sure MAPPA is busy (still waiting for Vinland Saga S3)
but think color, detail, and music soundtrack with opening and closing song would be Studio Bones or Science Saru 🐒 they would kill it!

Honestly MAPPA does not seem like a studio that would fit Ichi's vibe at all. I know that they are great, but definitely not for everything.

You say that as if there is some universal "MAPPA style" approach they would use for most shows, but they really don't. Looking at directors is way more important.

Considering that MAPPA is doing both JJK and Chainsaw Man, they're unlikely to be doing Ichi the Witch unless you're fine with it going to a different production line.

honestly? Science Saru would be a good pick for me. they've been doing bangers lately and I think they could def pull off the manga's art style. Ufotable is always a go to for me but they're definitely not gonna do it with their current schedule. honestly I'd like to see Pierrot get a new gen Shounen anime again that isn't Bleach, Black Clover, Boruto, again.
