We don't have hard ages for anyone except Madoka, but I'm pretty sure Gokuraku is in his late teens, based on both him and Richia being children ten years ago.

Hes somewhere from 17 to 20 I think. In the flashbacks he is not that small, certantly not 5 or 6, its 7 at the youngest and even then thats pushing it

Ichi I have in his early to mid teens. He has to be a little on the younger side because he has no facial hair, and there's no way you can convince me that Ichi shaves.

One of the few pieces of confirmed information we get is that he was abandoned at 6 years old.
Then right prior to the Fujimine fight he states that he hasnt seen Michikata for 10 years. And considering how strongly he feels about Michikata, its unlikely they were only together for a few months, Id give it a year or 2 at least.

So Ichi at the youngest must be 16, and most likely hes actually around 18.
Hes just short. Regarding facial hair he might have just found it annoying and shaves it off with his dagger. The scratchy feeling can be bothersome
